Alternative Chanels of Distribution in Modern Retail Banking

The master’s thesis deals with the acquisition of mBank customers through alternative distribution channels and their subsequent analysis. The work consists of the preparation and execution of marketing actions in order to expand portfolio of clients with business accounts. The last part of the work is dedicated to proposal of customer relationship management system, through which could lead to deepening relationships with customers.
The market for sheep and goat dairy product in South Bohemia region

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate an offer of sheep and goat dairy products from small local farmers in the South Bohemian region and in the local sales network, and additionally to evaluate customer´s demand for these products. The assortment survey was carried out by own research of 15 small farmers in the South Bohemian region and also in four supermarkets. An online questionnaire was sent out via social network in order to obtain more information about customer's demand for these product. The achieved result with 123 participants shows that the offer of small farmers is primarily oriented on goat dairy products, sheep dairy products are exceptional. In terms of the sales network offer, there is a great variety in goat and sheep dairy products. The questionnaire survey indicates that even though customers use sheep and goat dairy product, they continue to prefer cow dairy products. The result of this survey may serve to farmers as an introduction of a variety in sheep and goat dairy products offer in South Bohemian region and hereby help them to adjust their production and distribution.

Education of employees - sales training for the commertial network of Renault Ceska republika

This bachelor's work is about the educating system of sales representatives at Renault CZ company. It aims at highlighting the current situation of this system, analysing it and suggesting any potential improvements. Questionaire is also part of this work. It's purpose is to reflect the reality and the opinion of sales representatives on each chapters of education. The suggestions for the current system are based on the results of the questionaire.
